Small group Training/Classes in August are limited to Friday at 11
Grants pass Healing Arts is now offering Small Group Training.
Limited to 4 people, these classes allows for more one-on-one correction and guidance.
Movement Fusion is a group training fusion that uses movements and practices from Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and Meditation. Learn proper body mechanics and how to listen to your body as you connect movement and breath. Working from the core out enjoy a total body workout. Students will need to comfortably get on and off the ground.
Sessions meet for 60 minutes.
Level 1 movement fusion meets Wednesday & Friday at 11 am (This class is gentle and good for beginners or those who like to move at a slower pace) (Both class times offered beginning September 20th)
Level 2 movement fusion meets Friday at 9:30 am (This class moves at a steady pace and requires students to be able to get on and off the ground with ease) (Classes begin again September 6th)
