Sarah combines Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, Meditation, and Massage to work with clients to reach a multitude of different goals.  Whether reducing pain, increasing range of motion, weight loss, strength gain or postural improvement Sarah individualizes your session to suit you.  “Through accepting ourselves and showing up we can achieve great success!”

Moving beyond the old philosophy of “no pain no gain” Sarah believes in developing the mind body connection, learning to stay present in your body throughout your movements. 

What to expect on your first session?

The first session consists of an extensive client intake including health history, exercise history, postural analysis, goal setting and time commitment. Sarah takes all the info gathered and creates your program.  You’ll want to wear comfortable clothing you can move in (yoga pants and t-shirt).

Water and props provided.

Sessions are 55 mins long and require a 48-hour cancellation.
